The service

Coaching is a collaborative, forward-looking process. It is not therapy, medical treatment, legal advice or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them.

Bookings and payment

Sessions are confirmed once payment or an agreed invoice schedule is in place. Prices shown on this website are indicative placeholders.

Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge with more than 24 hours' notice. Inside that window the session is charged in full.

Confidentiality

Session content is treated as confidential, subject to legal obligations and to the limited exceptions where there is a risk of serious harm.

Limitation of liability

You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising from use of this website or the coaching service is limited to the fees paid.
